Procedura richiesta DOV (dichiarazione di valore) e appuntamento per visto studio<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gli studenti stranieri che intendono frequentare un corso di studi di livello universitario in Italia devono necessariamente effettuare il \u201cpre-enrollment\u201d sul portale \u201cUniversitaly\u201d disponibile al seguente link https:\/\/www.universitaly.it\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Una volta terminata la registrazione, lo studente pu\u00f2 iniziare a preparare la documentazione necessaria per richiedere la dichiarazione di valore presso l\u2019Ambasciata d\u2019Italia a Tashkent. \u00a0Se l\u2019ateneo in Italia dovesse richiedere certificazione CIMEA si prega di consultare la pagina link<\/a><\/p>\n

I documenti che dovranno essere presentati per ottenere il rilascio del DOV sono:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Copia del passaporto valevole per l\u2019espatrio.<\/li>\n
  2. Application form scaricabile al seguente link<\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Documento che attesti il \u201cpre-enrolment\u201d rilasciato dal portale Universitaly.<\/li>\n
  4. Ultimo titolo di studio in originale conseguito in Uzbekistan\/Tajikistan che dovr\u00e0 necessariamente essere apostillato.<\/li>\n
  5. Copia completa del suddetto titolo compreso di apostille.<\/li>\n
  6. Traduzione in italiano del titolo di studio.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Si accettano domande presentate da terzi con copia del passaporto del richiedente principale e delega firmata dallo stesso. Il delegato dovr\u00e0 presentarsi munito di documento di identit\u00e0 proprio. Fa fede – per entrambe le giornate – la lettera iniziale del cognome del richiedente e NON del delegato (lo stesso vale per le richieste di legalizzazione).<\/p>\n

    DOV (declaration of value) procedure and appointment system for study visas<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Foreign students who intend to attend a university course in Italy must necessarily carry out the \u201cpre-enrollment\u201d procedure on the \u201cUniversitaly\u201d portal available at the following link\u00a0https:\/\/www.universitaly.it\/<\/a><\/p>\n

    Once registration is complete, the student can begin preparing the necessary documentation to request the declaration of value (DOV) issued by the Italian Embassy in Tashkent. If your university in Italy requires CIMEA certification, please consult the link page<\/a><\/p>\n

    The documents to be presented in requesting the DOV are:<\/p>\n

    1. \u00a0A copy of your passport valid for expatriation<\/p>\n

    2. \u00a0Your application form, downloadable at the following link<\/a><\/p>\n

    3. \u00a0Your \u201cpre-enrolment\u201d form, downloadable from the Universitaly portal in your private registration area.<\/p>\n

    4. \u00a0Your original qualifications obtained in Uzbekistan\/Tajikistan, all of which must necessarily have been apostilled.<\/p>\n

    5. A color copy of the aforementioned qualifications including the apostille<\/p>\n

    6. \u00a0A translation into Italian of your qualifications.<\/p>\n

    If applicants decide to use other translators, they do so at their own risk and assume all responsibility for any inaccuracy in the submitted translations. In the event of inaccurate translations, the interested party will have to submit a new application from scratch.<\/p>\n

    After having translated the qualifications, and ensured that all documentation has been prepared correctly, the applicant may visit the Consular counter of the Embassy at the given times below in order to request a declaration of value.<\/p>\n

    From\u00a009.30 to 12.30<\/b>\u00a0M-Z<\/b> (time slot allocated to those applicants whose surnames begin with any of these letters).<\/p>\n

    Applications submitted by third parties may be accepted but only if accompanied by a proxy letter signed by the applicant himself\/herself nominating the delegated person. The delegate must present his or her own identity document, as well as that of the applicant.\u00a0NB: please note that on both days (Wednesdays and Fridays), the initial letter of the applicant’s surname is the valid one\u00a0and not that of the delegate<\/u>\u00a0(the same applies to requests for legalization).<\/b><\/p>\n

    PLEASE NOTE:<\/p>\n

    * IN CASE OF A HIGH NUMBER OF APPLICANTS, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE POSTPONED TO THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.<\/p>\n

    * DOV applicants will be assigned an appointment slot for requesting their study visa, should they need it, upon delivery of their DOV by the Embassy staff.<\/p>\n
